A photo from a little get-together we had at our place on Saturday. Tiny Clyde just can’t understand why we are playing dominoes instead of adoring him.

Happy Thanksgiving! May Your Plate Be Full!
This plate is full of Snowy. I was just getting ready to feed everyone their canned food, and she got her plate all picked out. 🙂
Jellybean’s Toupee’.
I have been extremely busy dealing with a bit of a crisis, so all I have for you right now is Jellybean in a little fake fur toupee’.
TINY CLYDE’S WOLF!
One of my best pals since high school, Bekah, has almost the same birthday as me. We send each other Target giftcards every year and I love the funny little exchange. I decided to sit on mine until Hallowe’en items began to arrive at Target stores, and bought this amazing wolf statue yesterday. My kitty TIny Clyde has been hanging out with it for a couple of hours now. 😀
Welcome Little Arnie!

Happy Black Cat Appreciation Day!
Hello Everyone! It is Black Cat Appreciation Day. Jellybean is obviously not impressed with the ceramic black cat I found at Goodwill and have chosen for a repainting project(it was spray-painted gold).
If you love black cats, please share this post. Black cats are still to this day associated with bad luck and, sadly, are more likely to be put to sleep or wait a long time to be adopted from shelters. Many grow up in shelters because people simply pass them over because of their color. It is time to put the superstitions about black cats to rest. If you own a black cat, please post photos of them on social media today and help spread awareness about the Joy of Black Cats!

Cat Help: Putting Up Shelves!
Steve is putting up some extra shelves for me in my workshop. I want a little more space for my collections of natural objects as well as a place to put my favorite painting brushes that Tiny Clyde can’t reach. My brushes are special to me and I like to display them in neat jars and vases. Unfortunately, Tiny Clyde thinks brush bristles are delicious and he will eat them.
Above, you can see Steve measuring out where to put the screws in the shelves; Tiny Clyde has his eye on the little screwdriver on the floor. Jellybean supervises.
Tiny Clyde decides he can help more efficiently by holding the shelf down.
Jellybean makes sure the shelf goes on the wall in the correct place.
Then she goes to the opposite wall to work on her own little art project she’s had going for a while. 🙂
